How to buy a house in dawnstar
I'm doing smithing and enchanting and I'm thinking of buying the house in winterhold just for the sake of having a house. Should I do this? I know the one in Wind is expensive and hard to get and the others I'm not sure about.
I was also curious if I adopt kids can I send them to the cheaper house in Winterhold initially and transfer them to a different house later?
